Frequently asked questions

Learn more about how we handcraft our memorial art, custom resin items, and personalized vinyl projects right here in Eugene, Oregon.

How does the custom memorial process work?

We discuss your vision, including specific colors, shapes, and sentimental elements like fur, ashes, or dried flowers. Once agreed upon, we lovingly craft your tribute with meticulous care.

What materials do you use for resin art?

We use premium, UV-resistant casting resin designed to preserve clarity and resist yellowing over time, ensuring your keepsake remains beautiful for years to come.

Can you design custom vinyl graphics for specific items?

Yes, we create tailored vinyl designs for glassware, vehicle windows, commemorative shadowboxes, wood signs, and other smooth surfaces.

Do you ship orders outside of Eugene, Oregon?

Yes, we securely package and ship our custom creations across the United States so everyone can receive a special keepsake.

How long does a custom resin piece take to complete?

Because quality resin requires proper curing and finishing, custom projects typically take between one to two weeks before shipment or local pickup.

Can I request completely original artwork ideas?
